SkyCave is a location in Breath of Fire II.
Story
SkyCave is secret basement within Wyndia Castle. After Nina pleads with him, Gramps agrees to allow the party access, so that Nina can transform into Mark of the Great Bird. Eventually, Nina must separate from the rest of the party and complete the dungeon herself. Along the way she encounters statues which are the physical embodiment of the spirits of generations past. At the end of the cave, she encounters a Guardian who demands that she prove her worth in a battle. After the battle the Guardian reveals herself to be her ancestor, Nina from the original Breath of Fire, who serves as guardian over the power of the Great Bird. Nina gets her mark and returns to the King.
