G.Drgn or Kaiser Dragon is the final dragon form obtained in Breath of Fire II. The G.Drgn form is obtained by during the fight with Ray. At a certain point during the battle, Ryu will begin to flash the image of the Kaiser which can then be used for the remainder of the game.
Using the ability will consume all of Ryu's AP, and will cause him to briefly transform into the dragon, perform a single attack, and then revert to his human form, thereby ending his turn. The ability automatically caused 999 damage to each enemy in the battle, regardless of any modifiers.
Etymology
"Kaiser" is German for Emperor, mirroring the name of the EmperorSD, which is Ryu's strongest weapon in the first four games. The ability's name is simply translated as G.Dragon in the English release, and it is never specified what the G stands for.
