Transform is an attack style characterized by transforming self and/or others into a different form. It is part of the damage types family.
Transform is represented on Bloons Wiki as 
, the upgrade icon for Transforming Tonic in Bloons TD 6, as this is a classic example of transformation of a tower. It is a transformation, not necessarily the creation of sub-towers (i.e. Deploy Sub-Tower 
). If a transformation involves someone other than itself, it is considered Transform Others 
, which uses the ability icon for Total Transformation. Transformations can be temporary or permanent; transformations that are temporary are additionally marked with Charge 
.
Typical examples of Transform include Transforming Tonic and the Wizard Lord Phoenix transformation into a rune. Typical examples of Transform Others include Total Transformation, Super Monkey Fan Club, and Plasma Monkey Fan Club. In Hero Geraldo's Worn Hero's Cape can transform Dart Monkey into Super Monkey permanently but it will restricted to Tier 3 upgrades, and 4 Pet Rabbits transform into the Killer Rabbit. Also, Adora can transform into either a True Sun Goddess or Vengeful Adora if a True Sun God or VTSG is nearby. The map Adora's Temple can also transform to a darker version visually.
Technically, the Wizard Lord Phoenix monkey turns into a rune and the sub-tower for a Lava Phoenix is created, but in terms of visual appearance it is the monkey transforming into a Lava Phoenix.
Sun Temples and True Sun Gods take a time delay to transform into their respective otherworldly forms, and are permanent transformations. True Sun God's transformation into Vengeful True Sun God is also a permanent transformation, in fact a secondary transformation into a dark vengeful version. Paragons also take a permanent transformations, again each taking time to transform into a single powerful being.
All attacks require an upgrade to have the attack style Transform.
