Toco Toucan (Ramphastos Toco )
Rafael is a bird who is the father of 17 Toucan Kids also one egglet and Eva's husband in the Rio
Appearance Rafael is a medium-sized Toco Toucan with black plumage on the back, wings, tail and on the head with a thick tuft combed back. The front of the neck, the area near the beak and the abdomen have a white color, the eyelids are blue (in advertising - black), outlined by an orange stripe. The massive bill is pale yellow in color, while its end is black and slightly curved downwards, and in the middle it has a dark orange stripe (in advertising, the bottom of the beak has orange spots in the form of serrations).
Overview Rafael only appears in the ending cutscene of Jungle Escape in Angry Birds Rio Angry Birds , Blu and Jewel to see Luiz to remove the chain from the latter two.

Trivia Rafael is the second toucan in the Angry Birds Hal , the third to sixth are Toucan Sam and his nephews, the seventh is Sasha Lynx , the eighth is tied between Dane and Val Bird , the tenth is Walter ).
Rafael's beak is similar to Hal's from Angry Birds Go!
In the first Rio movie , Rafael, having previously received permission from his wife, went with the birds to find Luiz and separate the macaw parrots. He also went to save Jewel when Nigel kidnapped her. In the game, he remained in the jungle.
His voice actor was better known for his show named after him that aired on ABC from 2002 until 2007.
