Dusk

Dusk (previously known as Owl Bird) was a bird that was used to promote Pride Month on June 15, 2022.

History

This character was created in a comic used as an allegory for the trans and non-binary experience.^[1] On March 4, 2024, Rovio officially held a Twitter poll into who their name should be.^[2] On March 11, the Angry Birds Twitter account revealed their name is officially Dusk.^[3]

• Dusk is officially the first non-binary bird to appear in Angry Birds with the second being Jo (who is frequently claimed to be the first because Dusk barely made any appearances and didn’t get their name until 2024).
  • The primary colors on Dusk on the other hand, are colored either like the Non-Binary flag or the Genderqueer flag.
