Background

Maureen Langan, 62, is an award-winning broadcaster turned stand-up comedian, TEDx Talk speaker and event host. She has performed on Broadway with Rosie O’Donnell and shared the stage with entertainment legends such as Robin Williams, Steven Wright, Joy Behar and Gladys Knight. Her quick wit and honest rants on life’s absurdities make her a hit at comedy clubs, theaters, private events and festivals, as well as on “Gotham Comedy Live” and “Comics Unleashed.” Maureen has taken her act on the road, performing in the United States, Canada, South Africa and across Europe. Additionally, Maureen hosts “Don’t Make Me Hate You,” a weekly radio talk show in New York, where she highlights dynamic women and the issues that affect all of us. Maureen wants to share her comedy on the largest stage and wow America.

Semifinals

Maureen Langan's Semifinals performance in Episode 1810 consisted of performing a stand-up comedy routine about being profiled as a middle-aged woman which included remarks about her sister and being easily irritated by other people in society. Howie Mandel gave her a standing ovation. She did not receive enough votes to enter the Top 5 of the night in Episode 1811, eliminating her from the competition along with SAINTED Trap Choir instead of Adrian Stoica and Hurricane.
