Time Ninja

The Time Ninja is an antagonist in the 2013 LEGO Ninjago comic Stone Cold.

Biography

The Time Ninja was once an ordinary thief who tried to become immortal by jumping into the Chrono Crater. Instead, he was given the ability to live one second ahead of everyone else, being able to predict his opponent's next moves. The Time Ninja later fought against Master Wu to a standstill but was defeated and imprisoned in the Tower of Tears along with several other villains, until Lord Garmadon destroyed the tower, setting the villains free and ordering them to destroy Wu.

The Time Ninja confronted Wu in a desert after the latter defeated Kirchonn the Invincible and deciphered his clue that he would face the Time Ninja next. As he fought Wu, a cage suddenly opened from the ground, trapping both of them. Wu then revealed it was a trap set by him against the Time Ninja, as the cage would take more than one second to escape from, before using Spinjitzu to escape himself. Enraged, the Time Ninja told Wu that he would be very afraid if he was him, hinting that he would fight Cardinsto next.

Trivia

The Time Ninja is very similar to Acronix and Krux, the main villains of the seventh season of the Ninjago TV series, Hands of Time, who were introduced five years after his comic appearance.
