Pyro Slayers

The Pyro Slayers were major antagonists in Season 11 of the animated series LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu. They were members of the Pyro Vipers and servants of Aspheera.

Biography

Past

The Pyro Slayers were originally members of an ancient tribe of Hypnobrai who lived in the Desert of Doom that served King Mambo V. They watched as Mambo was overthrown by Aspheera's spinjitzu and later as Aspheera was overthrown by young Wu and Garmadon with the use of forbidden spinjitzu. At some point later in time, the race died out and they were put in sarcophagi in their pyramid that Aspheera also was imprisoned in.

LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu

After the Ninjas accidentally released Aspheera from her imprisonment and she stole Kai's fire powers, the Pyro Slayers alongside the Pyro Destroyers and Pyro Whippers were revived by the lava and gained fire powers as well. They then followed Aspheera to Ninjago City where they caused major destruction and havoc. They eventually went with Aspheera to the Monastery of Spinjitzu where Aspheera was defeated. After their master and queen's defeat and loss of the fire powers that revived them, the Pyro Slayers died out once again.

Trivia

The Pyro Slayers were almost identical to the Pyro Destroyers, the only difference between them being that the Pyro Destroyers wear armor while the Pyro Slayers wears nothing extra.
