Dorama is a major antagonist in Season 1 and a minor antagonist in Season 2 of Ninjago: Dragons Rising. After him being recruited by Lord Ras, he joined forces with Empress Beatrix and later helped in getting a dragon core.
After Imperium was liberated, Dorama left Imperium and soon made a deal with Fedulian using fake maps to lead to his new academy program called Dorama's Academy for Acting. He was later defeated with the combined efforts of Bonzle, Cole, Jiro, and Zane and was put into a truck to be taken to the authorities.
He was voiced by Mackenzie Gray, who previously voiced Fangtom in the original series. He also played Alistair Kreig and LX-13 in Smallville, Jax-Ur in Man of Steel, Djinn in Supernatural and Obadiah Stane in Iron Man: Armored Adventures.

Season 1: Dragons Rising
Before being recruited by Ras, he was a showman who was became well known in the Crossroads for the display of beautiful fireworks in his show. After the merge, he feared that his competitors will eventually become more popular than him, So in desperation, he turned to life of villainy kidnapping Whack Rats to use their exotic energy to create even more beautiful fireworks.
During that time, he kidnapped Targle, the right hand minion of a mech racer named Kreel and he demanded a big ransom for his freedom. Later, Arin and Sora discovered Targle along with two captured Whack Rats, Dorama revealed himself in a dramatic way and reveals that he kidnapped them for entertainment reasons. As he uses his staff to extract energy from Targle, he further revealed why his shows end in such a spectacular way. With the newly extracted energy, he uses it to continuously attack Arin and Sora.
After Dorama first initial attack, Arin, Sora, and Riyu were later trapped in an obstacle course until Arin managed to stop it. Although it seemed like Dorama has truly lost, Dorama revealed a puppet and was just about to attack the three until Lloyd suddenly showed up. As Lloyd found out Dorama's Puppet is running by gears, Lloyd used the pieces of Wu's mediation carpet to jam its system causing it to fall down in defeat. Before the puppet fell, Dorama started running out his theater only to be caught by Riyu. As Dorama questioned if it was really the end for him and his fame, Lloyd stated that it's definitely the end for him after they call the authorities. Later, unknowingly by Lloyd and the others, the call to the authorities was intercepted causing Ras to recruit Dorama to work for Imperium.
With him being brought to Imperium, his first task was to activate the Photac which he later succeeded in doing and was later used by the Claws of Imperium. Later, after Sora was captured, Dorama helped Dr. LaRow force Sora to activate the rest of the Photacs only to be tricked by the first time but succeeded the second time with some help with Ras.
After the Claws of Imperium and Ras left the Advanced Systems Lab, Sora quickly knocked out Dr. LaRow before getting confronted by Dorama. Dorama quickly attacked Sora and nearly beaten her only for Sora to pull a smart move causing Dorama to be electrocuted and Zanth got freed. Quickly after, Sora and Zanth escaped with Dr. LaRow and Dorama slowly recovered but they couldn't do anything about Sora and Zanth.
After Beatrix heard about the Dragon Cores, Beatrix sent Dorama after one which was in the Wyldness. After Dorama approached Kai and Wyldfyre with a disguise and his stagehands, the Lava-Tides took the Dragon core and it quickly became a three way fight between them. Despite Kai and Wyldfyre getting away, Dorama ensured his stagehands that he had a backup plan of getting the dragon core. As Kai and Wyldfyre were distracted, Dorama ultimately took the core.
Back in Imperium, Dorama was helping Beatrix film by using green screen people as Beatrix hated being touched by children. Later in a meeting with Rapton, Dr. LaRow, and Jordana, Beatrix rose from her throne causing Dorama to express the reveal being dramatic and was very impressed. Later during the testing of the MergeQuake Weapon, the weapon caused a huge explosion damaging the lab. And with Beatrix leaving the lab, Dorama asked Rapton a question only for him not to get a response. With Beatrix reentering the lab, Beatrix quickly found about the situation and how Rapton used a fake core, Beatrix quickly ordered where he was only for Dorama to tell Beatrix that he was not seen after the test.
While Dorama was following Rapton's tracks, Dorama quickly found him along with Percival, Arin, and Sora. As Dorama continued to attack the three, Percival questioned why would he work for Beatrix as her rule was built on lies. Only for Dorama to state that all lies were to find the inner truth. Shortly after, Dorama was defeated and handcuffed.
As a MergeQuake formed in the sky, Rapton expressed his concerns with Dorama stating Beatrix has amazing flare for the dramatic only for Rapton to remind him that he was gonna be destroyed along with the others. Dorama quickly regretted his actions stating that he didn't really think about this situation.
Prior to Season 2: Dragons Rising
After the Liberation of Imperium, Dorama left Imperium and later found a desert where he would build and make Dorama's Academy for Acting. During then, Dorama made a deal with Fedulian using his fake maps would lead to his academy. He also rebuilt his puppet after it was previously destroyed.
Season 2: Dragons Rising
After Dorama's puppet managed to knock out Bonzle, Cole, Jiro, and Zane and brought back them to his academy, they soon woke up wondering if they're on a stage. Hearing that they are now awake, Dorama lowered himself down to the other side of the stage stated that he wasn't expecting to see the Ninja again. With their initial confusion, Dorama saw the Ninja that were captured and was disappointed but was ready to get revenge on them since it was their fault that Imperium fell and his purpose was lost but he quickly refounded his purpose after founding Dorama's Academy for Acting.
He quickly stated that finding students is a super hard thing to do so he made a deal with Fedulian and Fedulian's fake maps leads people straight to his academy and after he "recruits" them they rehearse and if they manage to survive they would perform in Dorama's ultimate stunt show. After Cole stated if he meant he was capturing them, Dorama was outraged and clarified that he said recruit and told them that they would perfect the art and craft of stagework. Soon after, Dorama banged his staff down causing fire to come out from the stage ground making Jiro protect several algae farmers and Crossroads' citizens from the flames and caused Bonzle, Cole, and Zane to run to a different side of the stage. Dorama was instantly upset stating that they were doing it wrong and he wanted more fear in their eyes. After Bonzle managed to get out of the stage that was being protected by an Imperium barrier, Dorama stated that he didn't allow Bonzle to roam around sending his puppet after her while Bonzle runs to get the Imperium barrier shut down. Soon after, Bonzle shuts down the barrier and after Cole stated that the prisoners should try to escape while they can causing Dorama to send Imperium Drones after the escaped prisoners only to be defeated by the combine efforts of Cole, Jiro, and Zane.
After Cole managed to trick Dorama's puppet onto the stage and with Zane's efforts of making it slip and fall, the puppet was destroyed along with Dorama's Academy for Acting. And after a stagelight managed to get detached and fall onto Dorama's head, Dorama stated that it was an amazing performance and was soon put into a truck to be taken to the authorites.
