Fedulian is a Merlopian and a minor antagonist in Season 2 of Ninjago: Dragons Rising.

Season 2: Dragons Rising

Fedulian first appeared after the Ninja approached him to ask about the Mallet of Shattering after it was stolen by his shop last night by Cinder. With the Ninja questioning him about the Mallet, Fedulian lied telling them he had no idea what the Mallet of Shattering is. With the Ninja "leaving," Fedulian went to a small alleyway to contact Hantro about the Ninja encounter warning Hantro that she may encounter the Ninja sooner or later.

After Bonzle, Cole, and Zane travels to the Crossroads to find a map of the Merged Realms, they accidentally bumped into Fedulian who got suspicious of their identities but soon brushed it off. Fedulian first offered them a party toaster to buy only for them to ask a map of the Merged Realms causing Fedulian to spit out one from his mouth shocking the three but agreed to take it from him. With the three leaving, Fedulian went to contact Dorama stating that he may already know the new guests.
