Charlotte Opera (in Japanese: シャーロット・オペラ, Shārotto Opera) is the fifth son and tenth child of the Charlotte Family and a major antagonist of the Totto Land Arc in the anime and manga One Piece. He is a member of the Big Mom Pirates. He serve as Totto Land's Minister of Whipped Cream. He was defeated by his mother, Big Mom after the Whole Cake Chateau collapse, his currently status is unknown.
He was voiced by Yoshihisa Kawahara in Japanese and Justin Duncan in English.

When Big Mom went on a rampage in Sweet City due to wanting to eat croquembouche, Opera's brother Moscato tried to calm her, but she attacks him. Opera, Galette, and Mont-d'Or begged her not to attack Moscato, but she pulled away Moscato's lifespan with her powers killing him, shocking the three siblings and the other citizens of Sweet City. Big Mom was later satiated by Jinbe.
Two days later, Opera, Galette, and Mont-d'Or witnessed Cracker flying into Sweet City crashing on the ground. They were horrified to see one of the Sweet Commanders defeated by Monkey D. Luffy. This caused him and his siblings to put Sweet City under lockdown. Soon afterwards, Opera and a large army marched towards Luffy's location and began battling him.
During the battle, Opera attacked Luffy with massive amounts of cream, increasing its sweetness in order to burn the pirate. Luffy tried to attack Opera, but it was nothing but an illusion by Mont-d'Or. After Luffy and Nami were defeat, they learned that the Vivre Card in Nami's possession came from Lola. They then headed back to Sweet City to report to Big Mom with the captive Straw Hats. In the Prisoner Library, Opera sat on a couch with his siblings and watched Big Mom talk to Luffy and Nami through a Den Den Mushi.
After Big Mom finished her conversation with the prisoners, Opera mocked Luffy on how he challenged her. Anglais then arrived to inform Opera and his siblings that an intruder broke into the Room of Treasure. Sometime later, Pudding came and asked to speak to Luffy and Nami. As Pudding spoke to the two, Opera wondered what Pudding was saying to them.
Big Mom assigned him to force Nami to inform his half-sister, Lola's whereabouts. However, as Nami refused to tell him, He brought a crossbow to torture her. Later He was defeated by Jinbe and failed to guard Luffy and Nami.
During the conversation of the Charlotte family and the Big Mom Pirates, Opera claimed to anyone that he burned Luffy and Nami so that he could save himself from his mother's punishment for failing to guard Luffy and Nami.
Follow the destruction of the Whole Cake Chateau, during one of Big Mom's food cravings, Opera is defeat by Big Mom who used her Devil Fruit powers to drain his life force.
