Personality
Gore is a smart, observative, cautious and ruthless individual. When spotting an unconscious Zaybi with a mage staff, Gore intends to torture him to get answers. He can quickly notice obscure details such as low energy levels of The Mecha Ordinance's weapons, the cluelessness of the human group and the lack of offensive magic spells and piece them together to see through Glasp's bluff. Yet when confronted by Masayoshi's bluff, he is taken aback and orders his squad to retreat due to unknown elements after failing to gain information.
Plot
Demon Lord Arc
Upon seeing the parasite that attacks Zaybi, Gore orders his underlings to surround and kill it.[1] He then notices the staff and directs his henchmen to carry him back to the base for information via torture. After noticing the humans' attack from The Mecha Ordinance, he quickly retreats before returning with his full force, smugly claiming to steal all of the humans' tools. After being hit by a smokescreen and confronted by Glasp's threat to eradicate them all, Gore quickly explains the humans' plan to their surprise and mocks the humans' morality. When Masayoshi and other humans come out with knight armors created by Decoration Magic, Gore hesitates and decides to retreat after failing to gain any information about the peculiarity of the situation.[2]
Current Arc
After Gisangi and Grig bring Zaybi to meet their boss Rinri, Gore tells them they did a good job and that the boss will reward them later.[3] Gore remains by Rinri's side during the meeting between Rinri and Zaybi, where they discuss what they both know and the possibility of cooperation. When Zaybi refuses to cooperate due to Kyokai's methods, Rinri signals his men to raise their weapons at the mage. In response, Zaybi pulls out the Cube containing the parasite and threatens to release it unless they let him leave unharmed. Gore remarks on how troublesome the mage is being.
Soon after, when a baby Tyrant Bear is lured into Kyokai's base and attacks the men, Gore demands to know what the noise is. One of the men runs inside the base, telling Gore that a huge bear is attacking them, to which Gore comments that it's not a coincidence, meaning that Zaybi seemed to have a trap planned for them. During the chaos, Zaybi escapes using Heavy Mist Magic: Noisy Fog, leaving some of the men frustrated and unable to pursue him.[4]
After Rinri defeats the mother Tyrant Bear and orders his men to break Zaybi's arms and legs, Gore stands by his side. Suddenly, the bear's corpse is taken over by a parasite, transforming into a Wild Beast Wurm. Caught off guard, Gore watches as the creature's tendrils lash out, killing many of their men. Alongside Rinri, he swiftly evades the attack as the parasite absorbs the fallen Lawless. Facing the beast, Gore stays in a defensive stance between Rinri and the monstrous creature.[5]
When the parasite attempts to strike Rinri with one of its tendrils, Gore leaps in and slashes it with his katana. He then shouts to Rinri that they should abandon the church and start over. However, before he can react further, the severed tendril instantly counterattacks, striking him and sending him flying.[6] Later, as the parasite continues to consume more Lawless and other humans, it evolves into a Super Wurm. Injured and struggling to move, Gore watches as the monstrous creature towers over them all.[7]
