He's a ring craftsman who supports the soldiers in Fair Peak during the Telluspharma Interception War. He lost his wife and child due to Telluspharma's attacks, and after the war ended he went to live alone in Sidus Forest. Interacting with the Feather Tribe living there seems to support him emotionally.
