Mt. Hioni (ヒオニ山; Hioni Yama) is a location in Genso Suikoden: The Woven Web of a Century.
Overview
There was once a village here, Hioni Village, but it was destroyed by the Holy Aionian Empire sometime after Torwald and his friends defeated the Tellus Pharma in year 200. Upon traveling to that time, the Hero learned that the Aionians were after prohibited books, which were rumored to be hidden in the village. Assisting Haydrec, the Hero was able to fight the army and convince them to search the village. The Aionians were unable to find anything and thus left the town. Upon returning to the present, the Hero was startled to find that in the new timeline, the village has been recently destroyed by the Scarlet Axe who were heading towards the Ice Cavern.
