The Hip Attack[1][2] is a recurring move in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It involved the user lunging forward with their behind to attack. Its main user is Amy Rose.
Description
When performing the Hip Attack, the user lunges forward the opponent before turning around and jumping. As the user moves forward, they strike their opponents with their rear.
In gameplay, the Hip Attack is a combat move that generally deals damage and knockback to opponents.

Sonic the Fighters
In Sonic the Fighters, the Hip Attack is one of Amy Rose's combat moves. In this game, Amy performs it by turning around quickly before striking her opponent, lunging at them rear first.
To perform this move in gameplay, the player has to move to the right twice and then press the Kick button.
Sonic Battle
In Sonic Battle, the Girl Bomber technique, which can be performed by Amy Rose, Emerl and certain E-121 Phis, involves the user using the Hip Attack. Like in Sonic The Fighters, the user quickly turns around before lunging at her opponent rear first.
