Heav Attack

Heav Attack (ヘビーアタック, Hebī Atakku^?, lit. "Heavy Attack") is a move used by Emerl in Sonic Battle. In the game, it serves as Emerl's starter Heavy Attack.

Description

The user performs a slow moving, breakdance-like swinging sweep-kick attack.

Heavy Attack is one of the first skills Emerl obtains in the game. It is an incomplete version of Sonic's Sonic Flare and possesses severe limitations. Unlike other Heavy Attacks, this one cannot blow opponents back when connecting, and if the player tries to chase after the opponent, the user will barely make any leap to pursue said opponent.

• In the English localization, the move's name was shortened due to the lack of space on the skill card's text box.
  • Unlike other shortened names, this move's actual name is more obvious due to it being named after the Heavy Attack mechanic. The "y" in "Heavy" is the missing letter, and in this card's case there would have been enough space for the said letter.
