When using Doom Blast, after attacking an enemy in quick succession, Shadow can kick them upwards, send them flying, and simultaneously warp to the position where they were launched.
Overview
In Shadow Generations, it is one of many Doom Powers that Shadow the Hedgehog can utilize to his advantage. In gameplay, the player can rapidly attack Black Arms enemies before launching them upwards and kicking them back, sending them flying. Additionally, Shadow can adjust the direction of launching, and the enemy also has the chance of breaking crates or any other breakable objects in the area when launched. Shadow will then warp to the location the enemy was launched to for follow-up attacks, which can be used to open up alternate paths in a level should the enemy be launched through a breakable wall.
Shadow can also use Doom Blast on the hand of a Death Egg Robot if he freezes it with Chaos Control.
Shadow can also use Doom Blast against Mephiles to launch him into the purple orbs that surround the battle arena.
If enough time passes during the Devil Doom fight, Shadow can use Doom Blast on his second head to deal heavy damage.
Trying to perform Doom Blast when Chaos Control is in effect will cancel Chaos Control.
The Doom Blast is the only move that can attack and destroy Black Arms easily in Shadow Generations; they cannot be destroyed easily with either a single Stomp, Homing Attack or Boost, but instead fifteen.
