Black Machos have armored bodies with dark, dragon-like scales. The head has a curved yellow horns that form a crescent shape along with having yellow eyes. They each have a tiny Black Arms organism, known as the Black Macho Core, on their back above their head, which acts as the core of the beast.
The creature's wings, arms, and legs have a bright shade of magenta, contrasting with its dark body. The large wings are jagged and spread outward, resembling the wings of a bat with long, razor-sharp golden claws.
Overview
The Black Macho debuts in Shadow Generations, appearing exclusively in Act 2 of Radical Highway. They use their cyclone creation ability to fly to the end of certain level sections, creating large tornadoes that impede Shadow's path, especially when using the Doom Wing.
When reached, the Black Macho will begin firing air blasts at Shadow, and requires two Doom Blast barrages to be destroyed. After taking a certain amount of damage, it projects an energy barrier that can knock Shadow away. After being defeated, its body will be destroyed save for a harmless Black Macho Core and the player can progress to the rest of the level. While the Black Macho Core can be easily defeated by simply launching it with the Doom Blast, it is not required to be defeated in order to progress.
