Celadon City

Celadon City is a city in the central area of Kanto. Erika is the Gym Leader here. Eusine also resides in Celadon City. Places of interest include the Rocket Game Corner, the Celadon Department Store, and the Celadon hotel. It is one of the biggest cities in the region, second only to Saffron City in the east. The city has 92 inhabitants, making it the most populated city in the Kanto region, surpassing Saffron City. The city has two entrances, one from the east via Route 7, and one west via Route 16.

Going from the Eastern entrance, the city has its first building, the Pokémon Center. Next come some houses and nearby them is an alley which leads to the Southern part of the city. This alleyway is just aside the Rocket Game Corner that has a secret Team Rocket Hideout in Pokémon Red Version and Pokémon Blue Version, Pokémon Yellow Special Pikachu Edition and Pokémon FireRed Version and Pokémon LeafGreen Version. Leaving the alley and going forward to west, a large building stands where players can get an Eevee. Right next to it is another alley which leads to a secret path; however, it is blocked by a sign board. This alley could be accessed by going through the backdoor of the building that gives Eevee. Moving ahead, there comes a Large Building which is the Celadon Department Store. Celadon City has no Poke Mart; instead, it has the Department Store. Ahead are some houses. South to those is a small founatain. West to the fountain is the western entry of the Town. East to the fountain is a bridge. The bridge is placed on river which gives access to a house if the player has the HM move Surf. Outside the house is a Move Tutor in Pokémon FireRed Version and Pokémon LeafGreen Version who teaches Softboiled to your Pokémon (if possible). Then comes the Rocket Game Corner again. South to the Rocket Game Corner is a Hotel and a Restaurant. In the Restaurant, the player can get a Coin Case. South to it is a tree that can be cut down with the move 'Cut'. It leads to the Pokémon Gym owned by Leader Erika.
