ACHIEVEMENTS

In OMORI, there are a total of 84 ACHIEVEMENTS on PC[1], 41 trophies on Playstation 4[2], and 41 gamerscore achievements on Xbox One[3]. Additionally, on all three console versions of the game, there are 83 BADGES. These have almost all of the PC achievements, including the ones not used for trophies/gamerscore in the PS4 and Xbox versions.

Note that the achievement "It's all a dream..." does not require all 83 badges in the latter two versions (PS4 and Xbox), and only needs the other 40 achievements for completion.
