SQUIZZARD is an enemy in OMORI. It is an odd squid-like creature that can be seen roaming around the SEACOW FARMS of UNDERWATER HIGHWAY.
PROFILE
SQUIZZARDS take on the appearance of a squid-like creature with a light purple body. It notably has four dark purple tentacles and two large eyebrows with a white beard below its mouth. It also wears a purple-colored magician's hat with few sparkles on its design.
STORY
SQUIZZARDS are only encountered in the SEACOW FARMS area of UNDERWATER HIGHWAY. Their numbers tend to vary depending on the chances that the player can encounter many or less of them. They usually can be seen bothering SEA COWS that roam around as well.
Unlike the other enemies, the player must interact with it to initiate a encounter, similar to that of few other stationary enemies. Defeating them allows the player to earn 500 CLAMS from FARMER JIM for each creature killed. This will also complete the SQUIZZARDS quest.

Every turn, each enemy will start by trying to use the skill listed at the top. If the calculation fails, they move on to the second skill and so on, until reaching the final skill which is guaranteed to activate. Each calculation is done independently from the previous ones, so the added percentage is not 100%.

TRIVIA
- One of its moves is titled Squid Ward, referencing the character Squidward from Spongebob Squarepants. The unused animation for the aforementioned skill even uses the shape of the character's head.
- You'll need to defeat 100 SQUIZZARDS to earn the Squizzard Exterminator ACHIEVEMENT. This can take a while due to the SEACOW FARMS only spawning eight mob groups that contain SQUIZZARDS.
- If the player's WTF VALUE is set greater than or equal to 9, a spinning SQUIZZARD will appear on bottom right corner of the SEACOW FARMS map. It spins around and does nothing. In addition, the player cannot interact with it to initiate a battle.
