The Fox mansion is a recurring location in the series Kiff. It is a mansion in the suburbs of Table Town where Candle Fox and her father Roy live.
Background
Candle and Roy live in a large and extravagant mansion in suburban Table Town. The mansion has numerous luxurious amenities, including an elevator, a pool, and an indoor jacuzzi, as well as a staff of household helpers. Pictures and memorabilia related to Foxhole Productions and its various productions can be seen around the mansion. Roy also keeps a colony of spiders, which he befriended in "Trevor's Rockin' Halloween Bash", in a closet in the mansion.
Locations
Dining room

The dining room is found on the first floor, to the left of the foyer.
Kitchen and living room

Both the kitchen and living room areas are found in the room to the left of the dining room.
Candle's room

Candle's bedroom is found on the second floor. Inside, her bed is located within a spherical, cave-like nook decorated with curtains and neon signs, and is surrounded by a ball pit. The room also contains, among other things, a TV with a surround sound system, a video game console, arcade machines, a snack bar, and a popcorn machine, as well as a play area with a climbing wall and a slide.
Art gallery

Roy's art collection is displayed inside a gallery room on the second floor. The gallery features numerous artworks, including Roy's prized Applegate portrait of himself. Candle and her friends are seen using the room as a discotheque, complete with an LED dance floor, in "Two Truths and a Bunny".
Among the artworks seen in the gallery are the disembodied head of Candle's ice sculpture from "Pool Party" and a drawing of Farley.
Dojo

A dojo room is found on the second floor.
Jacuzzi room

A wooden jacuzzi is installed in a room on the second floor. In "Snow More Ketchup", Roy fills the jacuzzi with his rare and expensive ketchup and hides there so that he can eat his french fries without having to share the ketchup.
Library

A large library is found on the second floor. The library's ceiling features a painted mural of three cats holding ketchup bottles, reflecting Roy's love of ketchup.
Reading room

In addition to the library, the mansion also has a smaller room on the second floor for light reading.
Pool

In "Sun's Out Buns Out", the mansion is shown to have a pool, which Roy drains of water so that he can use it as a half-pipe for his skateboarding lessons.
