The Passion appears similarly to the Crown of Thorns as it forms on the user's head. It is similar to Hermit Purple. It is able to shift around the user's head when it is activated. Dio can also use it while wielding The World.

Similar to Hermit Purple, The Passion allows the user to see the future of any blood relatives of the user, allowing them to create predictions and seeing actions before they are taken. Which is very useful in order to avoid any danger. Future sight also allows the user to see relatives in future generations and what's to come.[1]
Despite Dio's predictions to be extremely detailed and accurate, the future can only be changed if Beyond interferes.
