Edvard Noriega (エドヴァルド・ノリエガ Edovu~arudo Noriega) is a minor character from the light novel JORGE JOESTAR. He is the ex-boyfriend of Penelope de la Rosa.

Appearance

Edvard is a man with blonde hair who appears to have an undercut with stripes under it. He wears a T-shirt covered with the letter "E" all over it. He has thick, black eyebrows and wears a pearl necklace under his shirt.

Personality

During his relationship with Penelope, he had been constantly abusing her and selling her belongings. After her mother convinced her to break up with him, he threatened to ruin Penelope if she tried to get involved.

A while after they break up, Edvard meets Penelope again and begs for help because he had been stalked by a mysterious man with black wings.

History

Edvard is the ex-boyfriend of Penelope. He had been constantly abusing her and selling all of her items and even threatened to ruin her life when her mother tried to break them up. He had emotionally traumatized Penelope and later broke up with her. A while later, on her way to work, Penelope and Jorge run into Edvard. He begs for help, claiming that he is going to die. She attempts to ignore him and brush him off, but he claims that he had seen a man with wings, who is trying to kill him. This angers Penelope, she snaps and shouts at him, saying that he deserves everything that would come to him. Ignoring her, he continues to explain the story. Penelope then threatens to kill him if he does not leave. The ground begins to move and creates four walls surrounding Edvard. Jorge realizes that Penelope has created a locked room and is about to strangle him.[1]

Lockroomwound

Jorge convinces Penelope to spare him, but she is unable to stop it because of her Wound. Jorge calls for Edvard and tells him to run. Jorge decides to dig a hole under the grass in order to get inside to save him. Jorge ends up getting strangled by the locked room and tries to write a message for the clown, he grabs a knife and stabs it into his stomach and writes the word "MURDER". He blacks out and is released from the room. Edvard had escaped safely and had left the scene.[2]
