The propeller boy filled me in. Fukashigi's Stand was named NYPD Blue. He was a good cop, but had a foul mouth, and an abrasive personality. Apparently he was a New Yorker to the core.
NYPD Blue appears as a regular New York cop that appears to be an overweight middle-aged man. The Stand wears a suit with a tie and a shirt that says, "I♡ N.Y" because it takes the role of a New York cop. It also has Stand Eyes similar to Grand Bleu and Hierophant Green.
Personality
As a sentient Stand, NYPD Blue tends to have a harsh and abrasive personality, described to have been a "New Yorker to the core". It even tends to have a foul mouth and doesn't mind sticking its middle finger out at someone. Though it still plays its role as a good cop and is determined to arrest any criminals it faces.
Abilities
NYPD Blue is just a normal cop. NYPD Blue can bring out police records whenever it wants and transmit what it sees out of nowhere. In Chapter 8, while the Nijimura brothers confront the Passione gang, NYPD Blue brings out files and evidence from organizations like Interpol, CIA, and FBI with information on Dolcio Cioccolata (one of the members). NYPD Blue can also have access to weapons like a pistol.[1]
