Arbiter-General Feixiao (born Saran), also known as the Merlin's Claw, the Vanquishing General, and the Lacking General, is a playable major character and boss fight in the 2023 turn-based tactical role-playing science fantasy video game Honkai: Star Rail.
Feixiao was the Arbiter-General of the Xianzhou Yaoqing, known as the "Merlin's Claw." Despite her relative youth, she was renowned and revered across the Xianzhou Alliance for her martial prowess and relentlessness in pursuit of the Denizens of Abundance. However, like many foxians of the Yaoqing, she struggled with "Moon Rage," a genetic defect that threatened to mutate her into a hostile monster.
She is voiced by Zhiqiu Ye in Chinese, Anairis Quiñones in English, Son Jung-min in Korean, and Mikako Komatsu in Japanese. Quiñones also voiced Mirko in My Hero Academia, Kimberly Jackson in Street Fighter, Lynette Snezhevna in Genshin Impact, Miyuki Shiba in The Irregular at Magic High School, Rika Kawai in Wonder Egg Priority, Hinatsuru in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, and Harriet Bree in RWBY. Komatsu also voiced Maki Zenin, Rebecca Bluegarden in Edens Zero, Setsuna in Yashahime, Madoka Kaguya in Pretty Cure, and Shihori Sugamoto in Blue Reflection.

Feixo is a humanoid foxian woman who has a white ponytail hair with ears with two large earrings on her left ear, cyan eyes with red eyeliner, a small golden ornament on her forehead, A white trench coat with bottom in gold and dark teal scale, dark teal sleeveless turtleneck with a tattoo behind her back, the two white leather belt, a black shorts with dark teal half skirt, a black belt wrapped around her left leg, and a black boot.
Personality
Feixo is the strongest General Foxian in the Xianzhou Yaoqing. She is quite patient and charming each other. Then she protects the Xianzhou, but she is much faster than the speed of light. In Homecoming Wardance, she stops Hoolay and Borisins before they destroy the entire Wardance.
Abilities
Feixiao is one of the Xianzhou's strongest warriors and the Arbiter-General of the Xianzhou Yaoqing. Her exploits are known far and wide as the "Vanquishing General" who honed herself into a supreme weapon. Sushang even describes her as being a better fighter than the likes of Jing Yuan, who has held his position for 700 years.
