Kuki Shinobu is recurring characters from the video game Genshin Impact who was added in the 2.7 release of the game. She's a member of the Arataki Gang.
She is voiced by Yang Ning in Chinese, Kim Yool in Korean, Kaori Mizuhashi in Japanese (who also voiced Mami Tomoe in Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Integra Hellsing in Hellsing, Minami Shimada in Baka to Test Shoukanjuu, and Laharl in Disgaea), and Kira Buckland in English (who also voiced 2B in Nier: Automata, Jolyne Cujoh and Reimi Sugimoto in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Beatrice in Re:Zero, Mitsuri Kanroji in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, and Rebecca Bluegarden in Edens Zero).
Appearance
Kuki Shinobu is a young lady with green hair styled into ponytail similar to Yoimiya's with a magenta bow and violet eyes. Her physical characteristics resembles Hikaru from Mini Fighter and wears a black mask covering her mouth. She wears a black midriff with a dark purple cropped jacket, gloves, and wears shorts with long sandals with magenta knee armor and wears magenta nail polish on her fingers and toes. She also has a tattoos on her backsides.
Biography
Kuki Shinobu was born into a family where the women serve as shrine maidens. However, she sought a life of freedom, so she became a ninja and joined the Arataki Gang, rising up to become deputy leader. She transferred to Liyue Harbor to study there in order to not become a shrine maiden, much of her family's disapprovals. She accompanies the Traveler to the chasm with Yanfei, Xiao, Yelan, and Arataki.

- She is the first character who both burns and heals oneself, followed by Hydro Traveler, Neuvillette, and Furina de Fontaine.
