Resolve Breaker is a unique auto grenade launcher in Fallout 76, introduced in the Gleaming Depths update.
Characteristics
Resolve Breaker is a unique version of the auto grenade launcher that launches cryo grenades and has an Enclave paint scheme.
It drops with the following effects:
- Bloodied: Damage Increases up to 95% as Health Decreases.
- Inertial: Replenish 15 Action Points with each kill.
- Steadfast: +50 Damage Resistance While Aiming.
- Electrician's: When Reloading, Emit a Shock Wave That Stuns Nearby Targets for 3s.
- Two Shot: +1 Projectiles +25% Damage -150% Hip-Fire Accuracy +100% Recoil. (Hardcoded custom mod)
- -10 Durability.
- Launches cryo grenades that deal physical and cryo damage.
- Attacks drain 10 action points/second for 10 seconds.
- Reduces target's movement speed by 35% for 10 seconds.
This weapon cannot have it's legendary effects changed, paint changed, or be traded.
