Stabilized is an Intelligence-based perk in Fallout 76.
Effects
When firing a heavy gun, Stabilized increases the player character's accuracy and reduces a target's physical Damage Resistance and Energy Resistance. However, it does not change a target's radiation or poison resistances.

Notes
- If an Anti-Armor weapon is equipped, the perk's armor reduction bonus is halved.
- Originally, this perk only reduced physical damage resistance. As of patch 13, it reduces Energy Resistance as well.
