The Cultist Piercer is a unique two-handed melee weapon in Fallout 76, introduced in the Once in a Blue Moon update.

Characteristics

The Cultist Piercer is a unique three-star legendary version of the pickaxe with a unique cultist-constructed appearance.

It appears to be a piece of rebar driven through a wooden handle. The rebar is hammered at one end to form a blade. The handle is covered in faded white paint and inscribed with strange runes. A sinewy brown cord is wrapped tightly around the middle, serving as a grip.

It drops with the following legendary effects:

• Bloodied: Damage increases up to +95% as health decreases.
• Melee Speed: +40% faster swing speed.
• Strength: +1 Strength.

Like other named items from the Once in a Blue Moon update, the player can re-roll the main three legendary effects while preserving the unique appearance.

Variants

• Pickaxe - The standard variant.
• Cursed Pickaxe - Rewarded from A Colossal Problem.
• Head Hunter Scythe - Season reward from Pioneer Scouts: Skyline Valley.

Location

Given as a potential reward for completing Event: Beasts of Burden.
