Mules (Equus mulus) are the offspring of a male donkey and a female horse. As beasts of burden and companions, mules have worked together with humans since ancient Egypt.

- Christopher Wright tells the Chosen One that his mom is "as blind as a mule" when discussing the Wright Family business.[2][3]
- Ethyl Wright refers to those she's had to convince of the errors of their ways by force as "mule-headed."[4]
- Athabaska Dick will mention that he feels like he got kicked in the head by a mule should the town of Redding be cured from its Jet addiction via either Dr. Troy's or Myron's quest option.[5]
