Leech

Two-headed leeches^[1] are creatures seen in the Fallout TV series.

Background

Leeches are aquatic parasitic worms that feed on blood. Historically, leeches were used in medicine for bloodletting.

Characteristics

This post-War leech species has mutated and now has two heads for it to suck blood from its victims with.

In the series

The Head

After the Ghoul submerges Lucy in the water as gulper bait and takes her out, he picks a leech off her and feeds it to the dog.

Appearances

Leeches appear in the Fallout TV series episode "The Head". They are also mentioned in Fallout 4.^[2]

Giant leeches were to appear in Van Buren, the canceled version of Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios.^[3]
