Sam

Sam (サム Samu?) is a member of the Interstellar Union Army and subordinate of Feather of the Oración Seis Interstellar.

Appearance

Sam is a tall lean man with a toned body that has a tribal necklace tattoo on his chest, and a slicked hair with a crewcut. He wears a long-sleeved short shirt that bares his midriff, and light pants with bandage wrappings and shoes. He has a left angel wing on his back.[1][2]

Personality

Sam is a calm professional who dutifully informs to his men about their target and Commander Feather about her forces being on their positions.[1] He expresses confidence in Ether Connect that grants him the power to see enemy movements temporarily.[3]

Synopsis

X495 arc

Surrounding the Shooting Starlight guildhall, Sam states to the troops that their target is Shiki Granbell of the Oración Seis Galáctica. He informs Commander Feather that all units are in place.[1] When the Crew of Edens emerge from the guildhall, Sam tells his fellow soldiers of their presence.[4] After Feather uses Ether Connect on him and his comrades, he expresses his love of that technique.[3] However, Sam is baffled to see the Ether Connect-enhanced soldiers losing to the Demon King's crew before he is lectured by Homura Kōgetsu that just because they can see her friends' movements, it doesn't mean they can handle them. Sam and Agie are cut down swiftly by Homura much to the shock of their comrades.[5]

Powers and Abilities

Eye of Venus (ヴィーナス・アイ Vīnasu Ai): Through Feather's Ether Connect, Sam is able to temporarily use this Ether Gear, gaining Ether marks on his face and a glowing aura.[3][6]
