Fen (フェン)[1], the Supreme Kai Elite, is an Earthling who utilizes the advanced time travel technology of the Dragon Ball Heroes machines, allowing him to become a Glind.
Supreme Kai Elite is a playable Supreme Kai avatar in Dragon Ball Heroes.
Appearance
Fen is a young-looking Glind with pale purple skin and short blonde hair. In all of his appearances he wears a pair of yellow Potara earrings. His initial outfit consists of a light blue Supreme Kai coat with red accents and an orange sash, a pale blue long-sleeved undershirt with puffy shoulders, pale blue pants, and yellow boots.
When using the Class-up, Fen's hair becomes tied back in a ponytail with a single thin bang over his forehead. He gains a red cape and his boots gain light yellow cuffs.
When using the Super Class-up, Fen's hair becomes untied, and he gains sidelocks. He gains a muted orange headband with a gold circlet and his coat changes to have yellow-orange accents and an extra flap down the middle, his sash becomes larger, and his boots become white.
When using the God Class-up, Fen becomes taller, and his hair becomes entirely slicked back. He gains a thinner circlet with three small rectangular ornaments, his coat gains sleeves, changes color to teal with red accents, and the center flap becomes black and pointed, and his boots become yellow and uncuffed. His coat also gains a yellow inner lining.
When using the Super God Class-up and Ultimate Class-up Sign, his hair changes to have a large bang and becomes wilder in the back, resembling Super Saiyan 3. His circlet becomes thinner and the ornamentation on the front changes to a crown-like shape. His coat becomes white with yellow accents, sleeveless, and shorter, he gains a teal long-sleeved undershirt with puffy sleeves, white pants, a yellow belt with a gray buckle, white pants, a yellow waist cloak, and teal boots.
When using the Ultimate Class-up, his coat becomes teal, and his undershirt and boots become silver.

In Dragon Ball Heroes, Fen is shown to be powerful enough to hold his own against the Masked Saiyan alongside Zen and Wairu. However, after Zen broke the Saiyan's mask, he was blown away by Rampaging Mira's Kiai.

- Ki Blast - The most basic form of energy wave.
- Icicle Magic - A magical ice technique originally used by Putine in the distant past. In World Mission, it can be learned by all Elite type Avatars after Putine's Camaraderie reaches Lvl 1.
- Salza Blade - An Energy Blade technique originally used by Salza. In World Mission, it can be learned by all Elite type Avatars after Salza's Camaraderie reaches Lvl 2.
- Instant Transmission - The ability to teleport by locking on to a ki signature.
- Warp Kamehameha - A combination of Instant Transmission and the Kamehameha originally used by Goku. In World Mission, it can be learned by all Elite type Avatars.
- Class-up
The Supreme Kai Elite can use the Class-up state in-game of Dragon Ball Heroes. This state is comparable to the Super Saiyan 2 level of power.
- Super Class-up
The Supreme Kai Elite can use the Super Class-up state in-game of Dragon Ball Heroes. This state is comparable to the Super Saiyan 3 level of power.
- God Class-up
The Supreme Kai Elite can use the God Class-up state in-game of Dragon Ball Heroes. This state is comparable to the Super Saiyan God level of power.
- Super God Class-up
The Supreme Kai Elite can use the Super God Class-up state in-game of Dragon Ball Heroes. This state is comparable to the Super Saiyan Blue level of power and causes his irises to turn gold like the Time Power Unleashed form.
- Ultimate Class-up Sign
The Supreme Kai Elite can use the Ultimate Class-up Sign state in-game of Dragon Ball Heroes. This state allows the Supreme Kai Elite to achieve Ultra Instinct Sign and is the only Class-up state that doesn't change his clothing.
- Ultimate Class-up
The Supreme Kai Elite can use the Ultimate Class-up state in-game of Dragon Ball Heroes. This state allows the Supreme Kai Elite to achieve Perfected Ultra Instinct. Notably, his hair does not change color to silver like other users of the form.
