Shandy, the God of Destruction Hero, is a God of Destruction and member of Beerus' race. He is a playable God of Destruction avatar in Dragon Ball Heroes.

Appearance

Shandy resembles a younger version of Beerus, though not quite as skinny. He has large purple irises and wears a red and black collar with an orange diamond in the middle, red pants, a dark red sash with a pointed flap down the front that has a design of two white diamonds and an orange diamond, plus a gold neckband, armbands, and bracers and brown boots with a gold ring around the heel.

When using the Ultimate Class-up Sign, Shandy gains a gold circlet with an extra piece over his scalp that displays a blue gem in the front, plus a black sleeveless shirt, dark red detached sleeves, an orange yellow, white, black, and red sash end on his left hip, a gold studded belt with green and blue gems, and gold studded leg bands with a green gem on each one. Additionally, his bracers become smaller and gain blue gems along with his neckband.

When using the Ultimate Class-up, Shandy's circlet, neckband, armbands, bracers, belt, leg bands, and the black parts of his collar turn silver.

Personality

Shandy seems to be quite confident in his own power. After overpowering Super Saiyan Blue Beat in an Energy Clash, he assumes that the Saiyan Hero was finished, only to be shocked when he learned that Beat not only survived but had also achieved Ultra Instinct Sign.

Additionally, some of his mannerisms are reminiscent of Beerus.

Biography

Shandy, Saria, and Caser confronted Beat alongside a multitude of Gods of Destruction, with Shandy and Beerus quickly overpowering Super Saiyan Blue Beat with a series of blows. Attempting to follow up with a Super Star Break, Shandy assumed Beat finished, until he noticed Beat (and Goku) both activating Ultra Instinct Sign, having avoided the blast entirely. He and his fellow Destroyer avatars are then dealt a heavy blow by the Saiyan Hero.

In the Dragon Ball Heroes Big Bang Mission 5 (BM5) trailer, the God of Destruction Hero is shown to be more powerful than Super Saiyan Blue Beat, as he is able to overpower Beat during their Energy Clash. As a result, it is implied that he is slightly stronger than the God of Destruction Berserker. However, he and the other God of Destruction avatars have trouble fighting Ultra Instinct Sign Beat, who is able to counter and dodge their attacks.

• Flight - The ability to fly by using ki.
• Sphere of Destruction - A sun-like energy sphere originally used by Beerus. Used by the God of Destruction Hero against Super Saiyan Blue Beat, who counters with a Kamehameha to trigger an Energy Clash.
• Super Star Break - A type of TAA Special Ability used by Gods of Destruction in Dragon Ball Heroes and World Mission. When any God of Destruction is an Attacker from R2 (Round 2) onwards, enter Super Star Break Mode during his Attack Phase to call down a swarm of Meteors followed up by a giant energy sphere to deal DMG. Achieving a Perfect Break will trigger different additional effects depending upon the variation used. In the special episode of Super Dragon Ball Heroes, the God of Destruction Hero seems to use only giant energy sphere against Beat and Goku.

The God of Destruction Berserker can use the Class-up state in-game of Dragon Ball Heroes. This state is comparable to the Super Saiyan 2 level of power but doesn't change his appearance.

The God of Destruction Hero can use the Super God Class-up state in-game of Dragon Ball Heroes. This state is comparable to the Super Saiyan Blue level of power but doesn't change his appearance.

Ultimate Class-up Sign

The God of Destruction Hero can use the Ultimate Class-up Sign state in-game of Dragon Ball Heroes. This state is comparable to the Ultra Instinct Sign level of power and is one of two Class-up states that change his clothing.

Ultimate Class-up

The God of Destruction Hero can use the Ultimate Class-up state in-game of Dragon Ball Heroes. This state allows him to achieve Perfected Ultra Instinct. In this form, his sclera turns white, and his irises turn silver.

Trivia

• Like his fellow Destroyers, Shandy continues the theme of alcohol-based names, more specifically the beer-mixed beverage of the same name.
• Shandy shares the same voice actor as Izuku Midoriya from My Hero Academia and Narancia Ghirga from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.
• Shandy does not have a gold earring, implying that despite being a God of Destruction, he cannot use Hakai.
