Mugley (マグーレ, Magūre) is the winner of the 31st World Martial Arts Tournament's Junior division.

Appearance

Mugley is a scrawny, underweight boy with a dark brown bowl haircut and a pair of green thick-rimmed glasses. He wears a very loose-fitting red wrestling leotard, a pair of blue wristbands, and a pair of red wrestling boots.

Personality

Mugley is a very scared child, as shown by the way he reacts to his fights.

Super 17 Saga

After making it to the finals of the 31st World Martial Arts Tournament, Mugley wins the Junior division by running up to Goku and almost knocking him out of the ring while Goku was distracted by Vegeta. Goku held onto the arena's edge, but Mugley tickled him off.
