Sandpolis is a resort city found on the south-eastern side of the world map. It is considered the third largest region, but has the largest population out of all the residential locations. Sandpolis is a classic Las Vegas-styled city dotted with skyscrapers and large buildings.
There are some notable locations tourist locations close by the city such as the ruins littered with pyramids located to the west-side of Sandpolis. Then there is some Aztec-like lines where there is a rumor of a UFO flying around on the north-eastern side. Finally, heading south-west is the lighthouse and the ocean.
The Fuji City-Chestnut Canyon Highway runs over the city of Sandpolis with an on-ramp in the center to head to Chestnut Canyon located on the northern side. One road runs north-south from the center of the city and two roads run east-west as well, providing a lot of different roads to travel along to get to the many buildings and activities available within Sandpolis.

Within Sandpolis there are four mini-game available within the town.
- Soccer/Football Game: Located on the northern side by the Sand Sports shop, one can spot the building with a soccer ball on top. In the mini-game the protagonist is faced with a 3v3 soccer/football match in which the goal is to win against their opponent.
- Roulette: Look for a large golden building located on the northern side of Sandpolis by the Figure 8 Registration building and Sand Sports shop. Once there, one can participate in gambling in roulette to obtain more money or to lose everything in one go.
- Figure 8: Also known as Gymkhana, is located in the northern side of Sandpolis in a building coliseum-looking building with a cone on top of it next to the cake shop and the Roulette Registration building. The goal of the game is to travel the assigned path in the least amount of time without hitting the cones. There are five different paths to play on.
- Drag Race: Johnny is found on the countryside long roadway on the wild west side of Sandpolis. The point of the mini-game is to accelerate as fast as possible and beat the opponent within the shortest amount of time.
There are two notable race courses available within Sandpolis. It is dependent on what level of License one has in order to access them.
- Desert Raceway: Available upon starting the game
- Night Glow Raceway: Must have a B License to unlock
