Morrison is a roaming resident found in Sandpolis. When speaking to him, he notes that the protagonist is doing well. He will mention that he has heard about some Choro-Q who challenges others on the highway. Morrison believes that maybe the protagonist could challenge him and possible beat him as well.

Morrison is one of the many recruitable teammates available in Sandpolis. In order to recruit him, one must beat him in any race he appears in. Stamp 21 must also be completed which involves winning the Highway Race against Natsuo Afterwards, Morrison can be recruited to the team.
