Tony runs the Mini-Tower Shop in Sandpolis located by the Parts Shop and Q's Factory. He introduces himself to the protagonist as the maker of the Mini-Tower. Unfortunately, they had not been selling well, and thus offers the protagonist to take one. The protagonist may choose to take a Mini-Tower from Tony which will be placed as a decoration within the Garage in My City. By obtaining the Mini-Tower, Stamp 24 will be rewarded.

Tony is one of the many recruitable teammates available within Sandpolis. In order for for him to become recruitable, he must be beaten within Night Glow Raceway which requires a B License. Afterwards, Tony can be recruited onto the team.
