Bob is a roaming resident of Sandpolis. When talking to him, he will greet the protagonist and explain how there are some ancient ruins to the west of Sandpolis. He finds things of the past rather interesting, thus, finds the ruins rather cool. Bob suggests the protagonist to go take a look when they have time.

Bob is one of many recruitable teammates available within Sandpolis. He has a simple requirement of just beating him in Desert Raceway. Afterwards, he can be invited to the team.
