- January 3: The 80 MHz version of the Power Macintosh 7100 is released.
- January 4: The Motorola Marco is released, running Newton OS.
- January 30: The Newton MessagePad 120 is released in the United States. Newton OS 1.3 is released for MessagePad 100 and 110 users.

- March 17: The OmniWeb web browser debuts on the NeXTSTEP platform.
- March 23: Mac OS 7.5.1 is released. The Macintosh LC 550 is discontinued.
- March 27: Radius becomes the first company to release a Macintosh clone.
- March 31: Technical support for Claris Resolve is discontinued.
April 1995
- April 1: The Macintosh LC 630 and Newton MessagePad 110 are discontinued.
- April 3: The Macintosh LC 580 and Power Macintosh 5200/75 LC are released. The Macintosh LC 575 is discontinued.
- April 13: The Macintosh Performa 588CD is released in Japan.
- April 17: The QuickTake 150 digital camera and StyleWriter 1200 inket printer become available. The Macintosh Quadra 630, QuickTake 100 and StyleWriter II are discontinued.

- May 1: The Macintosh Performa 580CD is released in international markets.
- May 8-12: The 1995 Worldwide Developers Conference is held in San Jose, California, where the Copland operating system is previewed.
- May 15: The Duo Dock Plus is released for PowerBook Duo subnotebooks, replacing the Duo Dock II.
- May 28: The Macintosh Performa 6200 is released.
- May 30: Windows NT 3.5.1 is released by Microsoft.

- June 14: ClarisWorks 4.0 is released for classic Mac OS.
- June 17: The LaserWriter 12/640 PS is released.
- June 19: The Color LaserWriter 12/600 PS, Color StyleWriter 2200, and LaserWriter 4/600 PS are introduced. The Power Macintosh 9500 is released with Mac OS 7.5.2.

- November 17: The first beta version of the Copland operating system is seeded to 50 selected Apple Developers.
- November 28: Engineers from the Newton Systems Group visit the Stanford Newton Users Group to personally demonstrate a MessagePad 120 running a pre-release version of Newton OS 2.0.
- November 29: Pixar starts trading on the NASDAQ stock exchange, making CEO Steve Jobs a billionaire.
December 1995
- December 1: Newton OS 2.0 is released.
- December 12: Apple Computer's first joint venture in China is announced to develop technologies for the PowerPC platform.
- December 18: The QuickTime Conferencing Kit with the QuickTime Video Conferencing Camera 100 becomes available.
