B. Thompson was a saxophonist in Season 19 of America's Got Talent. He was eliminated in the Deliberations.

Background

B. Thompson’s full name is Bryan Thompson. Bryan is from Indianapolis, Indiana, however currently resides in Los Angeles.

He has been playing the saxophone since 2008 and believes that as he was at such a young age when he found music, that the saxophone found him. He taught himself how to play the saxophone over the last 16 years of his life and never had any kind of formal lessons to help him master how to play it.

Due to difficulty in making a name for himself in Los Angeles, he considered moving away but when he realized he could be giving up such a big opportunity to show the world what he’d got by performing on AGT he decided to stay. He has garnered over 100 million views on his social media platforms.

In 2020, he released his debut EP entitled Isolated Sessions and an album entitled Cuban Dreams.

In 2022, he released an album entitled P.O.V..

In 2023, he released an album entitled Truths.

Earlier in 2024, he released an album entitled Passion Play.

Audition

B. Thompson’s performance in Episode 1906 consisted of playing Tina Turner’s “What’s Love Got To Do With It” on the saxophone. All 4 judges voted "Yes", sending him to the next round.

Deliberations

B. Thompson was not selected to advance to the Quarterfinals, eliminating him from the competition.
