Heedles are the Sub-Bosses of the House of Gales in A Link Between Worlds.
Characteristics
Heedles are giant, flaming salamanders that reside in the House of Gales. Heedles will run around the room, leaving temporary pools of Lava that will damage Link if he walks into them. To defeat the Heedles, Link must extinguish their flames with a gust of wind from the Tornado Rod, leaving them temporarily vulnerable to attacks. The Ice Rod may also be used to freeze them and also render them vulnerable. After their defeat, the room's doors will reopen and a Warp Point will appear that will transport Link to and from the entrance of the Dungeon.
