Skylar is a resident of Rowden and Queen of Rowden High School. She and her friends like to use their abilities for their own benefit.
Appearance
She has long indigo hair and green eyes. She is seen wearing a blue tank top and black pants. When her ability is active, she has a scale-like blade protruding from each of her elbows.
Personality
Skylar is an arrogant royal who uses her position to abuse others instead of helping people. She is shown to be quick-tempered and angry. She is also willing to interfere with a one-on-one fight with her friend and Blyke in order to protect their reputation.

Demon Blade: She is able to extrude blades from each of her arms.

- Skylar's position as Queen is never stated but it can be inferred since she is the only female of her Royal friends.
- She is somewhat similar to Zeke, given they have the same eye color, hair color and level. They are also both bullies.
