Appearance
Bimel is a man with curly light orange hair as well as yellow eyes. He is seen wearing a gray T-Shirt.
Plot
At some point, Keesh along with Waldo's other goons took over the town of Branish and forced taxes onto the residents.
Vigilante Arc
When X-Rei stepped out to confront his group, he refused to answer her questions and engaged her when she didn't immediately leave town. He was the first member defeated by X-Rei.
Powers & Abilities
Rock Arm: His ability is Rock Arm, which allows him to turn his arms into hardened stone. He was defeated by the vigilante X-Rei.
