Miranda is one of three executives of the organization Spectre.

She has short blond hair and wears a red suit.
Personality
Not much is known about her, but compared to Neil and Orrin, she has a neutral opinion on everything. She bases her decisions on what's happening, rather than personal connection or agenda.
History
Miranda, along with Neil and Orrin used to get along and shared the same vision during the early days of Spectre. Everything changed after they developed Ability Disabler (presumably from stealing some materials in NXGen). The three became divided about how they should proceed afterwards, with Orrin planning to use it to "recruit" high-tiers into their cause, and Neil preferring a more legitimate approach. It is implied Miranda agreed to neither of their methods.[1]
The executives each controlled one region; Orrin took hold of Wellston, while Neil and Miranda oversaw the northern and northeastern territory respectively. Obviously, those were not their real names. Miranda's area had a high-density population with large coverage, making it a medium threat for Authorities. [2]
