Description
The Duo is an exclusive double-entity boss that only appears when spawned by an admin or in Randomizer[2] . It boasts 
80,000 health and moves at average speed, faster than most major bosses, but lacks any attributes and abilities.
Lore
"The Duo is the last of the Avarians; the remains of a once great civilization. After the great civil war which devastated Avaria, and the crucial hold the Constructs hold on the Holy City, only the Duo truly sided with the Overlord, whilst the rest defected. Their loyalty ensued their survivability, and their adherence to the Overlord is often tragic."
Appearance
The Duo appears to be made up of two entities working together as one boss.
The flying Avarian highly resembles the Archangel, with a few differences. The cloak now extends to the boots and has a gradient shade of yellow. An octagon that its wings sprout from is hovering slightly away from the back. It wields a bow, presumably to be used to attack towers.
The walking Avarian dons itself in Avarian armor and helmet and wears a black cape. Its chestplate has an unknown symbol on it. It wields a shield and a trident, presumably used to attack towers.
Tactics
- For the most part, you should use the same tactics as the one used to beat The Vanguard.
- The Duo lacks any offensive or defensive abilities, so don't worry about towers getting stunned.
- However, due to the nature of Randomizer, you might be unprepared to beat The Duo.

- Multiple high DPS towers such as 4-X Electricizier and X-4 Vulcans are recommended to beat The Duo.
- Due to The Duo's surprisingly fast speed for a major boss and lack of stun immunity, it is recommended to stall them using bottom path Mechanic and Electricizer.
Trivia
- According to The Duo's lore, they are the last of the Avarians. The reason behind this is a civil war which devasted Avaria and the Constructs occupation of the Holy City. The rest of the Avarians have defected, while the Duo remained on Overlord's side.
- The Archangel's previous lore is similar to The Duo; they are the last Avarians and the only ones to remain on Overlord's side.
- This is most likely intentional as The Duo is meant to be a replacement for the Archangel in Expert mode. However, it does not appear in it yet as it is unfinished.
- As a result, The Duo uses the Archangel's icon as a placeholder.

- Upon The Duo's death, the walking Avarian ascends into the sky similarly to the Archangel, however the flying Avarian freezes in place and disappears after a few seconds.
- When inspecting The Duo, the flying Avarian does not have an animation.
- Despite the flying Avarian appearing to fly, The Duo does not require flying detection to attack.
- The Duo, Assimilation, bobo tower, and Kugelblitz Swarm are the only enemies to contain more than one humanoid.
- The walking Avarian's helmet is the Rising Sun Samurai.
