Overview
A deeply divided town on the southern half of Falena, Lelcar is really three distinct towns attached by bridges. Each one has a distinct different style of clothing, architecture, political affiliation, and even leadership - thanks to the weak leadership such as that of Lord De Beers, the town's citizens looked to leadership from each of their islet's delegates.
During the Falenan Civil War, Lelcar saw great conflict as the Western Islet moved towards supporting the Godwins, the Eastern Islet supporting the Prince and Barows, and the Central Islet taking a more moderate view. However, any goodwill for the Godwins was ruined when the Queen's Knight Zahhak torched the Western Islet, devastating it. The town was united in outrage over Zahhak's brutal behaviour, and, quickly united against the Godwins. Following the war's end, despite the town's differences, peace came to pass in Lelcar once more.
