Voq was a follower of the Klingon leader T'Kuvma. He served aboard T'Kuvma's Sarcophagus Dreadnought Carrier in 2256.

- “Home”: Chancellor J'mpok cites Voq, among others, as an example of a great Klingon hero.
- “Leap of Faith”: The player, accompanied by Martok and J'Ula, journey to Gre'thor to seek out the soul of Chancellor L'Rell to aid them in the ongoing Klingon Civil War. There, L'Rell reveals she has been since taking the place of Voq, her lost love. Gowron offers himself in L'Rell's place to allow her to return to life.
