Lieutenant Commander Icheb is a Liberated Borg-Brunali Starfleet Tactical officer. He is stationed in Club K7 of Deep Space K-7, next to the bar.
History
- 2376 Icheb is liberated from the Borg by Captain Kathryn Janeway while the crew of the U.S.S. Voyager is lost in the Delta Quadrant.
- 2408: Now a member of Starfleet, Icheb is promoted to Lieutenant Commander, and assigned to Deep Space K-7 as First Officer, serving under Commander Naomi Wildman. He also consults with the Borg Task Force. (The Needs of the Many)

Notes
- Icheb's appearance was changed in Season 9.5 to more closely resemble his appearance from Star Trek: Voyager.
- Due to changes with the character in "Star Trek: Picard", Icheb was removed from the game with the March 5th, 2020 patch. His role ingame was filled by a new NPC named Vintrax.
